Automotive · Portugal
A vehicle importer tracked every deal (search, purchase abroad, transport, homologation and registration) across emails, messages and spreadsheets.
A custom CRM that follows every import end to end, with customers, vehicles, documents and deadlines in one shared dashboard for the whole team.
Clevercar, based in São Mamede de Infesta (Porto), imports vehicles from other European countries into Portugal and handles the whole process: tailored search, purchase, transport, homologation and registration. Each deal takes weeks and involves the customer, sellers, carriers and public authorities.
Every import went through many hands and each salesperson managed their customers in their own way. Without a shared place it was hard to know what was missing from each file, anticipate delays or give an instant answer to a customer asking about their car.
The whole team works from the same information. Every import has a clear owner, deadlines and history, and customers get instant answers about the status of their vehicle.
Non-profits · Trip management
An association that runs trips managed registrations, payments and participants across spreadsheets, forms and several disconnected platforms.
Its own web platform, with frontend and backend, that centralises the data, takes payments online and organises participants and coordinators in one place.
Proactive Future is an association that organises trips, exchanges and European projects for young people. Every trip involves registrations, limited places, staged payments and a lot of communication with participants and coordinators.
Information was spread across spreadsheets, forms, emails and different payment gateways. Knowing who had paid, how many places were left or what was still pending meant cross-checking data by hand, with the risk of errors and duplicates.
The association's entire operation lives in a single system. Participants sign up and pay on their own, and the team sees the status of every trip in real time without cross-checking spreadsheets.
Youth and Erasmus+
Erasmus+ calls are scattered across websites, social media and messaging groups. Finding reliable, current ones means tracking dozens of sources that go out of date.
A system that collects opportunities from many sources, reviews them every morning and publishes them in a catalogue with a map and profile-based recommendations.
Corradi was born from a European project between organisations in Spain, Romania and Greece to bring mobility opportunities (exchanges, training courses and volunteering) to more young people.
Every call arrives in a different format, many are repeated across channels and others expire without notice. Keeping an up-to-date list by hand was not viable.
